Installation
1. We are not responsible for the installation for overseas customers, for the cost is really high to send our engineers to accomplish the installation at customers' costs.
2. However, we are very glad to train the engineers from esteemed customers' side and teach them how to install and maintenance the elevators. During the training period, the board and lodging are at our costs.
After-sales Services
1. We guarantee that all the spare parts and/or accessories were 100% brand new original quality products.
2. We make sure that all the production and inspection in our factory were strictly carried out according to Chinese Standard GB7588-2003 & Europe Standard EN-81.
3. We assure that every elevator to be shipped will be tested in our inspection tower(60m) to check its condition before we ship out.
4. We promise that every component and/or accessories will be exchanged free when it's necessary in the period of warranty. Although we have not get any inquiry about this type issues.
